Shipping rate for Norway for purchases under 1200 NOK is 80 NOK.
Shipping rate for all European countries outside Norway is 300 NOK.
DELIVERY TIME
All CALA pieces are made by hand to order and size, so if I don't have it on stock allow two weeks for production and delivery. Feel free to email about estimate timings if you want more specific info. Once the order is shipped, it will arrive to you between 2 and 5 business days.
CHANGES/RETURNS
If you want to change or return your purchase you can do that within 10 days of receipt. The pieces need to be in the same state they were delivered. Special or customized orders cannot be returned. Shipping costs in case of return are not covered unless the product has got a problem or I made a mistake.

RING SIZING
Ring sizing can be a difficult one. There are lots of charts for different countries and ways to measure. If you are unsure you can get your size taken at your local jeweler or take a look at the following page.
Most of our rings offer four standard sizes which refer at the diameter in mm of the inside of the ring.
16,2mm /EU 51 / ESP 11
16,8mm /EU 53 /ESP 13
17,4mm /EU 55 /ESP 15
18mm /EU 57 /ESP 17
